Gamex 2001, a RPG convention, is taking place this weekend at the Westin Hotel near LAX. Events start on Friday evening and run through Monday afternoon. Please consult http://www.strategicon.net/ for full details.

Unfortunately, my work schedule doesn't permit me to make it on Friday, but I should be there all day Saturday and Sunday, and I will quite certainly have towel in hand for the entirety of the event. (Shameless self-promotion: I will probably be running the Paranoia module "The Iceman Returneth", either Saturday evening or Sunday afternoon, in case anyone wants to meet.)
