Subject: You will be missed Mr. Adams ( 1 of 1 ) Posted by Alessandro Abate I had the pleasure of meeting Douglas Adams at MacWorld a couple of years ago. I love his works including his games. I am saddened by his sudden death. He will be missed by all his numerous fans. A small consolation is the fact that he will be immortalised by his writing. I am grateful that I had the opportunity to meet him personally and apologise for having castigated him for not publishing Starship Titanic for the Mac at the same time as the PC version. I have his autograph on a Starship Titanic box which I shall always cherish. Alessandro Abate |
