The other confusion in people's minds seems to be about Disney.
Disney is a very, very big studio. It doesn't just make happy clappy movies. For example, Pulp Fiction was a Disney movie. (Hitchhiker will not be like Pulp Fiction... just to avoid setting that hare running as well.
